Recruitment

A recruitment service has been developed which is aimed at promoting the image of Saskatchewan credit unions as employers of choice. A database of eligible candidates, pre-screened using the Selection and Staffing tools noted above, is then used to help credit unions fit the right person into their vacant positions.
