Succession Planning
As the Saskatchewan credit union workforce moves toward retirement,
and prospective employees continue to move out of the province,
credit unions need to take action to ensure they have people
to fill all their key roles in the future. The PDS team is
developing tools to help you identify people with the right
competencies to fill key positions when they become vacant.
This will allow you to put a development plan into place to
prepare the potential replacements.
