Plan Design Options Available to Participating CUs

The National Financial Co-operatives Group Benefits Plan offers:

Basic Group Life

  • your credit union can choose between one, two and three times salary life coverage.

Accidental Death, Disease & Dismemberment and Critical Disease and Dismemberment form part of the Basic Group Life package.

Optional and Dependent Life Insurance
