The Special Projects team is assigned to initiatives that require long-term dedicated resources.

Some examples of current assignments are:

  • Providing management services to 60 credit unions and affiliates in Saskatchewan and Manitoba that are members of a technology buying group
    • Includes management of multi-million dollar annual budget & service supplier contracts, service levels and relationships.
    • Lead development of service enhancements that can be used by all members of the buying group.
  • Represent Saskatchewan credit unions nationally to determine strategy and implementation plans for introduction of computer chip technology on the MemberCard debit card.
    • Lead development of strategy and implementation plans for Saskatchewan region
  • Assist with development of a framework for fraud management within the Saskatchewan credit union system.
